TERMS OF SERVICE

DEPOSITS
A deposit of $200.00 is due upon the signing of this contract to secure your date. Deposits are fully refundable up to 5 days, after the signing of contract, after the 5th day, the deposit is 100% non-refundable. All subsequent payments are NON-REFUNDABLE but TRANSFERABLE

DATE CHANGES
Event start times cannot be changed once contracted. Extended time, day of the event, is at the discretion of the staff, based on availability.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
If you need to cancel or postpone the contracted event, for any reason, up to 72 hours before the event, payments may be transferred to another event, 6 months after the event date, for the exact services contracted, but based on availability. There will be NO REFUND, as this is a ONE TIME courtesyDay of event cancellations will void the contract, and NO REFUNDS will be provided.

If FOTOSPACE NY cancels an event for any reason, full payment of all funds received, including the deposit will be returned, within 14 days of the cancellation.
